To Our Guests
Our mission at Albion River Campground & Marina is to provide a safe, clean, peaceful environment where people can get away from the stress and noise of their daily lives to camp, fish, hang out with family and friends, kick back and relax, star gaze, and create life-long memories they can savor and share with family and friends for years to come.
To ensure that we accomplish this mission, we have established and will enforce the following Terms and Conditions which we expect our guests and visitors to follow.
Albion River Campground and Marina Terms and Conditions
- Reservations: once reservations are made, it is advised to use the “lock in your site” option. Non-locked sites may be moved.
- Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. During our peak season (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend), please do not assume you can check in before 3pm or check out later than 11am. Please call ahead if you anticipate arriving early, especially on a Friday or Saturday. We will work with you on early arrivals but it is very possible that you will be asked to come back later. Late departures may incur fees, if arranged.
- All guests and visitors must check in at the office. If you are a guest with reservations and can’t arrive during business hours, please call our office during business hours on your arrival date to get your gate code. (NOTE: Security questions will be asked in order to receive your gate code.)
- Guest’s Visitors: fees apply for Day Use and/or Overnight Use.
- Do not give your gate code out to visitors! Visitors must pay a fee to gain access to the property.
- All of our campsites are back-in sites. Camping vehicles (vans, trucks w/campers, travel trailers, motorhomes, etc.) must be backed into the site. They cannot be driven or towed forward into the site.
- Site bookings and rates are for 2 adults & 2 vehicles and up to 4 children under the age of 6 for a total of 6 persons per site. If you have an RV, the RV counts as one of the 2 vehicles. There are additional fees for additional adults, children 12 -17, additional vehicles, and pets. Extra vehicles will be assigned designated parking.
- Cancellations/Changes to the reservation: a full refund will be returned for reservations cancelled within 24 hrs of purchase as long as it is 72 hrs before arrival. Cancellations made within 5 days of the start date will forfeit the entire booking amount. Cancellations made more than 5 days of the start date will incur a cost of one night’s booking. Changes to a reservation can be made through the office and will incur a $20 administrative fee
- Quiet hours are 9pm – 7am. During this time frame, noise must be kept to the level of a normal conversation. Motorized boats and kayaks are prohibited from launching from any of our boat ramps or dock spaces during this time.
- Pets must be on leashes at all times in the campground. Kennels and pet corrals are options instead of a leash when the pet is in your campsite. Pets CAN be off leash on the beach and in our dry storage area near our Northeast boat ramp. Please clean up after your pet. Poop bags are available in front of the office.
- Firewood may not be delivered to the campground and/or your campsite from outside sources. You may bring your own firewood, or you can purchase firewood at our campground store. One (1) firepit per site is permitted. Please do not feed the firepit by midnight.
- Loud music and karaoke are not permitted in the campground at ANYTIME unless it’s for a special event and the event has been approved by Albion River Campground Management.
- Large events must be discussed with campground management, scheduled, and paid for in advance.
- Loud vulgar and foul language are prohibited.
- Disorderly conduct is unacceptable. Disorderly guests may be asked to leave the property and will be encouraged not to return.
- Bright lights, including lights not facing downward or fitted with a shroud/cover, are not permitted in campsites after 9pm. This includes lights on RV’s.
- No aerial drones, large remote controls over 1:12 scale, off-road vehicles such as quads, or golf carts or other powered vehicles.
- No speakers, Indoor type furniture and appliances of any kind are not permitted at your campsite.
- Motorized boats and boat trailers:
- Motorized boats and boat trailers may not be stored at your campsite.
- Boat trailers must be stored in our dry storage area. Boats must be moored at one of our dock spaces or stored on its trailer in our dry storage area.
- Boats under 18’ may be moored on the Sport Dock. Boats over 18’ must go to the Commercial Dock.
- There’s an additional fee to moor your boat or stored in dry storage but boat launch fees will be waived during the duration of storage.
- Boat trailers on property must always display current campground tags.
- Kayaks are permitted to be stored on your campsite.
- Boat Launch hours: 8am – 9pm daily.
- Children under 12 years of age are not permitted on the docks without adult supervision.
- Fireworks are prohibited in the campground, at the marina, and on the beach at all times.
- Smoking: no smoking at campsites. Please go to the perimeter of the campground to smoke and be aware of others around you, especially children, who are not permitted to smoke. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- RV Specifics:
- Do not drain gray water on the campground.
- There is a free dump station on site for guests and Honey Wagon available for a fee. Contact the office for service.
- There is a permit fee of $40 to wash an RV rig. This permit must be displayed on the RV rig when washing. Any RV rig cleaning must be done at the Boat Washing Station.
- No shrouds, windbreakers or other devices attached to the bottom of RVs or trailers are allowed. No canopies larger than 10×10 unless approved by management.
- Length of Stay: the maximum number of days a guest may stay at one site is 29 consecutive days. Guests wishing to stay longer may do so but may be required to move to another site pending availability.
Disclaimers: Albion River Campground & Marina will not be held liable in the following situations:
- Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Secure your valuables at all times.
- Damage to personal property, injuries, or death caused by forces of Nature.
- Injuries or death caused by a guest or visitor’s own negligence or failure to follow campground standards and policies that are designed to keep our guests and visitors safe. Use of all campground facilities is at your own risk.
- Albion River Campground & Marina is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone in the campground, marina, store, office and the greater property.
