We have 3 RV trailers that we rent out on a daily and weekly basis. The maximum number of consecutive nights a trailer can be rented out by a guest is 14 nights. The rental trailers are stationary. We don’t move them to different sites.

The trailers are 28′ long with super slides for the living and dining areas. They can sleep up to 6 people. Each one has a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a pair of bunk beds in the living area, and couches that fold out into queen beds. Although the trailers can sleep up to 6 people, the rate for the trailers is for 2 adults and up to 2 vehicles. There aren’t additional fees for children but there are additional fees for additional adults and vehicles.

They have full bathrooms with showers (no bathtub), dinettes, full kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, ovens, can openers, Keurig coffee makers, flat screen TV’s, and stereos. In 2024, we purchased all new pots and pans, bakeware, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, drinking cups, coffee cups, bath towels, kitchen towels, shower curtains, and more for each trailer.

Other items that we provide in the trailers: toilet paper, hand soap in the bathroom, dish soap in the kitchen, paper towels, “K” cups of caffeinated coffee and hot chocolate, coffee creamer, and clean mattress pads.

Outside the trailer there’s a picnic table and a fire pit.

What you’ll need to bring: Your own toiletry items (shampoo, conditioner, shaving stuff, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.), clothes, food, & bedding. There will be clean mattress pads on the beds but you’ll need to bring your own bedding & pillows.

Other items we recommend bringing with you: camping chairs for sitting around the fire, extra towels if there’ll be more people than 2 adults in the trailer, a BBQ and BBQ utensils if you plan on BBQing, aluminum foil, Seran Wrap and/or a few Tupperware items for leftovers, a casserole dish if you plan on doing a casserole or a foil tray.

TRAILER RATE:

Winter – $130 per night
Summer – $180 per night
There is a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee AND the nightly rate increases by $5 during major holidays.
