Per California state law, guests must be given a full refund when they cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking the reservation AND their check in date is 72 or more hours from the date of booking.

If your cancellation request doesn’t meet the above criteria then our company cancellation policies and fees are as follows:

1. Campsites & Dock Slips: If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date AND 7 or more days prior to your check-in date, the cancellation fee will be $25.
2. Campsites & Dock Slips: If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date BUT less than 7 days from your check-in date, you will forfeit the entire cost of your reservation. There is no refund.
3. RV Rental Trailers: If the cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after the purchase date AND 7 or more days prior to your check-in date, the cancellation fee will be $75.
4. RV Rental Trailers: If the cancellation request is more than 24 hours BUT less than 7 days before your check-in date, you will forfeit the entire cost of your reservation. There is no refund.

*Please know that we don’t want anyone to lose money on their reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. If you aren’t able to come during the time frame that you scheduled with us in your reservation, but you could come at an earlier or later date, please call us and ask us to change the dates on the reservation instead of canceling your reservation. Changing the dates on a reservation is a quick, simple process and there’s no additional fee to do this. Even if you don’t know at the moment when you might be able to come, we can move the reservation forward a few months to give you time to figure out new reservation dates that will work better for you.

Drop-ins are welcome during business hours only. We do not make same day reservations before or after normal business hours.

During the Winter Season (October 1st to March 31st), our office is open every day from 8am to 4pm except the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We are closed these days. You need to make reservations in advance if you want to check in on these holidays.

During the Summer Season (April 1st to September 30th), our office is typically open from 8am to 5pm Sunday through Wednesday and 8am to 10pm Thursday through Saturday. We may be open later on Sundays and Mondays during holiday weekends.
