When booking online, full payment is required at the time of booking. For reservations equal to or greater than $1,000, we only require a 25% down payment but you’ll need to make this reservation in person or over the phone with a reservation agent or manager. If you would like to hold a special event here or you need assistance booking multiple sites, please call our office for assistance. We’re happy to help.

Per California state law, guests must be given a full refund when they cancel their reservation within 24 hours of booking the reservation AND their check in date is 72 or more hours from the date of booking.

If your cancellation request doesn’t meet the above criteria then our company cancellation policies and fees are as follows:

• If you notify us 6 or more days from your check in date that you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation fee is equal to the cost of your first night’s stay for EACH site that you reserved. This includes any additional fees that you paid for additional adults, vehicles, and site lock fees.
• If you give us 5 days or less notice of cancellation from your check in date, all funds paid toward the reservation are forfeited.

*Please know that we don’t want anyone to lose money on their reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. If you aren’t able to come during the time frame that you scheduled with us in your reservation, but you could come at an earlier or later date, please call us and ask us to change the dates on the reservation instead of canceling your reservation. Changing the dates on a reservation is a quick, simple process and there’s no additional fee to do this. Even if you don’t know at the moment when you might be able to come, we can move the reservation forward a few months to give you time to figure out new reservation dates that will work better for you.

A gate code will be issued to you when you check in at the campground office. If you haven’t checked in within an hour before our office closes, we will call you, text you, and email a gate code to you. If you know you’ll be arriving after hours, please call our office during business hours on the day you are scheduled to check in and let us know this information so we can give you a gate code. If you need assistance after hours, there’s a phone number posted outside our office for after-hours assistance as well as our WiFi network information in case you aren’t getting cell service here.

Drop-ins are welcome during business hours only. We do not make same day reservations before or after normal business hours.

During the Winter Season (October 1st to March 31st), our office is open every day from 8am to 4pm except the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. We are closed these days. You need to make reservations in advance if you want to check in on these holidays.

During the Summer Season (April 1st to September 30th), our office is typically open from 8am to 5pm Sunday through Wednesday and 8am to 10pm Thursday through Saturday. We may be open later on Sundays and Mondays during holiday weekends.
